When we name a flavor, we don’t mess around. We really like to spell out what’s in it. The ingredients are always that good. One example is the Distant Familiar Midwest Collection’s Pineapple Upside Down Cake Buttermilk Frozen Yogurt, which features golden Lady Cake (from Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream Desserts) in a base that comprises tangy buttermilk, biodynamic organic yogurt, and grass-grazed Ohio-milk. We make the cake from scratch in our bakery. We slice it by hand, mix the pieces with caramel sauce, then add them along with our roasted Red Cherry Sauce to the base.
