Flavor Story

For years we’ve made this sorbet to help stave off the chills of the long Midwestern winters. Modeled after a hot toddy recipe Jeni’s mother and grandmother used to make, it packs a very bold flavor. You initially get the kick of cayenne and ginger followed by a subtle hint of heat from Maker’s Mark bourbon.
