Heard you missed us, we’re back!
We are Bangkok Peanut, Black Currant Frozen Yogurt, Goat Cheese with Red Cherries, Wildberry Lavender, and Yazoo Sue With Rosemary Bar Nuts. And as of today, you can become reacquainted with us all in scoop shops and online.
To make way for us, a few flavors have kindly gone on sabbatical and will likely return later this year. They are: Cherry Lambic Sorbet and Queen City Cayenne. (Pistachio & Honey and Whiskey & Pecans will remain available online and also are available in grocery stores.)
Why the change up? Variety is the spice of life, but more important, we know that every flavor enjoys many devoted fans. So, since space is limited on the menu, we like to give each flavor and their fans some quality time in the spotlight.
Bangkok Peanut: Roasted peanuts, Ohio honey, loads of toasted fresh-ground coconut. Subtle cayenne pepper finish. A complex combination of salty, savory, sweet, and heat melts on the palate.
Black Currant Frozen Yogurt: Aromatic black currants blended with tangy organic yogurt and luscious grass-grazed cream. Rich, full, and complex berry flavor, with a texture like luxurious crushed velvet.
Goat Cheese with Red Cherries: Mackenzie Creamery goat cheese and sweet-tart, roasted bright red cherries. Mouthwatering and rich, it’s like a scoopable cherry cheesecake.
Wildberry Lavender: Intensely fruity, with bramble-y berry flavors and orange essential oil. Known as “Purple Man Ice Cream” by the little ones!
Yazoo Sue with Rosemary Bar Nuts: Cherry wood-smoked porter beer by Nashville’s Yazoo Brewing Co., grass-grazed Ohio cream, and fistfuls of almonds, cashews, peanuts, and pecans dusted with rosemary, brown sugar, and cayenne. An ice cream your old man might make in his garage.
