Like a great red wine, our new Brambleberry Sorbet is velvety smooth and almost tannic. That’s because it’s packed with two kinds of bright berries—tart blackcurrant and jammy blackberry. (You’ll find similar brambly fruits swirled with vanilla ice cream in our Brambleberry Crisp flavor.) While most sorbets are light and fruity, Brambleberry Sorbet is rich and dense with nary an ice crystal in sight. It’s no wonder it’s one of Jeni’s favorite sorbets.
