Milk Chocolate Bombay N.3
Winter 2015’s Milk Chocolate Bombay N.3, which we first made to coincide with the opening of our summer pop-up shop in New York City, is milk chocolate ice cream spiced with La Boîte’s Bombay N.3. To make this ice cream, we blend Bombay N.3 (a mild curry) with Fair-Trade cocoa with grass-grazed Ohio milk. The addition of toasted coconut adds a nuttiness that plays beautifully with Bombay N. 3’s blend of turmeric, fenugreek, and clove.
