We teamed up with sisters Emily Elsen and Melissa Elsen of Brooklyn’s Four & Twenty Blackbirds for a pop-up at our Los Feliz scoop shop. From April 1 through April 3, you could grab a slice of pie paired with ice cream (plus a dollop of whipped cream if you liked), or a whole pie and pints to go. Crazy good pies made with local California ingredients, including Strawberry Kaffir Lime with Lattice, Black and Blue Berry Streusel, Salted Caramel Apple, Twisted Citrus Custard, Chocolate Chess, and their signature Salty Honey pie.
