2017 Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are quarterly. For a recipient to be included in the 1st quarter delivery, membership must be purchased by January 1, 2017.

Gift Notification

Every Pint Club gift recipient is notified with a welcome package that includes a keepsake letterpress card (with a handwritten note) and a set of four ice cream spades.

You can choose to have the welcome package shipped immediately or in mid-December if it’s a holiday gift. Welcome packages are shipped via FedEx and arrive in 2-3 business days (orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day).

You can also choose to have the welcome package sent to the billing address on your order, rather than the shipping destination, if you’d prefer to deliver it to the recipient in person. Flavor Assortment

Each delivery includes a curated selection of our favorite ice creams, sorbets, or frozen yogurts of the moment. Sorry, we cannot honor flavor substitutions or flavor requests. Please keep that in mind if you or the recipient has food allergies.

Changes of Address, Travel Plans, etc

Gift notification for the recipient will include the delivery schedule for the Pint Club membership, customer-service contact information, and instructions for changes of address. At the point of purchase, we’ll also ask for the recipient’s email address. We’ll give the recipient a heads-up one week prior to each delivery, so if the person is traveling arrangements can be made for a friend or family member to pick up the delivery. The recipient can also can postpone the shipment to a later date.
