Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified operations across Jeni’s in several ways to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities. Because of these changes, you may find that your Jeni’s experience is a little different than you are used to. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding—please bear with us.

Scoop Shops

The majority of our scoop shops are open to walkup traffic with contactless service and modified operations, but business hours vary per location. Please call your neighborhood shop to make sure it is open.

Our team is working tirelessly to keep our shops safe. But we can’t do it alone and we need you to do your part. Masks are required to enter our scoop shops—for the safety of our team and you.

We have modified our service and operations in the following ways:

  • Masks are required to enter—please help to protect our team
  • No flavor sampling
  • No cash payments
  • All cones will be served upside down in a bowl

Finally, we ask that you keep an appropriate distance from your fellow customers.

Pickup and local delivery can be ordered in advance via jenis.com/localdelivery or our local delivery app (search “Jeni’s” in the app store). If you live within 5 miles of a scoop shop, this is the fastest and cheapest way to get pints delivered—and delivery is always free when you order four or more pints.

There is a four-pint minimum per order—each shipment needs to have at least four pints.

Please allow up to five business days for order processing. At checkout, the shipping methods will show the week your shipment will delivered (we cannot guarantee a specific day, only what is shown). We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

We are currently not offering priority overnight service.

Bulk Orders

The earliest we can ship any new bulk orders—whether through our gift concierge service or business gifting program—is the week of 8/10.
