"I treated myself to a six pint package of Jeni’s for my birthday. This gave me a chance to try some new flavors, and one of those was Bay Leaf Cheesecake. I hadn’t anticipated finding a new favorite! The smooth cheesecake ice cream has an earthy hint similar to nutmeg, and was absolutely delicious! The graham swirl was thick and rich, and did not disappoint. This will definitely be ordered again…and again, and again!"
"Jeni’s Bay Leaf Cheesecake has absolutely no business being this good. Bay leaf is the ingredient whose entire career consists of being politely removed from soup, yet here it is, headlining an ice cream. The cheesecake is rich, tangy, and decadent, while the bay leaf strolls in wearing a tiny beret, whispering, “I’m complex. ” Against all logic, the two become the dessert equivalent of an unlikely buddy comedy. I came for cheesecake and left questioning why I’ve underestimated a leaf for my entire life."

"There was an issue with my order and it was never delivered. When I contacted Jeni's I received an immediate response with 2 options: Cancel the order and get a full refund or have another order sent out immediately. I chose the second option and it was taken care of immediately. No forms, no process, no questions, no delays. It was just done with a very nice apology and a thank you for choosing Jeni's. The order arrived 2 days later! You don't see customer service issues handled like this anymore. The person I dealt with was outstanding in every possible way. "Never stop making this! I’m an adventurous eater and didn’t see this combination as being that extreme and thought it would be pretty subtle. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of this herbaceous salty sweet treat. Before my first bite I wouldn’t have known that I would experience the joy of tasting something unlike I’ve never bet tasted before and be so delicious. I also enjoyed learning the history of the flavor on the back and something old but new again. Please open a store on the east coast and thank you for making amazing ice cream."

"First, let me say that I LOVE Jeni's ice cream. I ordered it to Washington state for my birthday. It came frozen and, as always, delicious! By far my favorite flavor was the Blackout Chocolate Cake. Very rich and chocolatey. My second favorite was the Earl Grey Creme Brulee. The texture and flavor combos were incredible. We also really enjoyed the Powdered Jelly Donut (delicious raspberry swirl) and the Buttercream Birthday Cake (exactly what it sounds like, lots of cake and sprinkles). The biggest surprise was Bayleaf Cheesecake, which many of my friends guessed was churro or horchata during a blind taste test! I will say, I would not buy Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam again. Even though it's made with peach puree, the peach somehow tasted syrupy. It was also a bit salty for me. Thank you Jeni's!"
