Sorry, we do not franchise. We own and operate all of our scoop shops. While there are plenty of great franchised businesses out there, we prefer to remain exclusively in control of the quality of our products and services.  Plus we love the day-to-day work of what we do!

You can find our pints and sauces on the shelves of many grocery stores across the country.

Go to our Grocery page to find the closest place to buy Jeni’s near you.

Our shipping rates are based on delivery dates. Cost of shipping may vary based on the day of the week your shipment is delivered. Alaska and Hawaii will experience higher shipping costs than the continental United States.

You can order as little as 5 pints and as many as you like—and you still pay the same price per delivery.

At checkout, simply choose the date you would like to receive your ice cream. Shipping dates and pricing are determined by location and availability. We do not generally ship orders if they will be in transit over a weekend. For planned events, we recommend selecting a date that is 1-2 days ahead of your celebration for an on-time arrival.

Please note, certain days may be unavailable for delivery depending on your order contents, delivery location, holidays, and other factors.

All sales are final. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Need customer service? Contact contact@jenis.com

You can find ingredients lists and allergen information here.

We make every flavor in a kitchen that also produces products that contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. But we follow good manufacturing processes and organize our production days to go from the least amount of allergens to most, and always wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment between each flavor.

The alcohol in any of our flavors tops out at about 0.5% or less per volume, which is a miniscule, trace amount. The alcohol from any beer, wine, and spirit we use to make a flavor is not burned off during production. Alcohol lends a distinct flavor to several of our signature flavors, and especially in sorbets, it prevents ice crystals from forming, creating a smoother texture. Is a flavor safe for a child to eat? We leave that entirely up to each parent to decide.

Many of our ice creams, frozen yogurts, sorbets and toppings are gluten-free. You can see the full list here.

No, sorry.

No, sorry.

Since each store’s frozen foods manager orders different stock, flavors vary from store to store. If you must know exactly which flavors are on the shelves, please call the store before making a special trip.

Each frozen foods manager orders different flavors, so if you don’t see your favorites in the freezer, make a request at the store. Not all of our flavors you see online or in our shops are always available to our retail partners, but many are. It never hurts to ask the store to order your favorites.

It’s best to eat the ice cream within two weeks after you’ve opened the pint. Pro move: putting a piece of wax paper against the ice cream in an opened pint prevents an icy layer from forming atop the ice cream.

No, no, no, for the love of Pete, no. Please don’t. Microwaves ruin the ice cream. Just “stage” the pints: place them on a counter or table top and let them rest for 10 minutes or until you can just slightly squeeze the pints.

Unfortunately we cannot support flavor substitutions at this time. We would suggest checking out all flavors where all ingredients are listed and you can create your own personal collection. Please note: some limited edition flavors are available only as part of a special collection.

We pack our frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.

We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via UPS.

We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry.

Our ice cream can be delivered every day of the week except for Sunday or Monday, though not all shipping destinations are eligible for Saturday delivery.

Yes, our order minimum is five pints. But keep in mind that our shipping rates do not increase with order size. You’ll pay the same price to ship whether you order five pints or … more than that. Also, any items other than our frozen goods (like apparel, merch, etc.) ship free!

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships. You can also login to your account to see shipping updates and status.

No. We authorize UPS to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it, and frozen goods don’t melt during multiple delivery attempts, etc.

We ship Monday through Friday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday—depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. (We don’t deliver on Sunday or Monday). Your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

Surprises are great—we love surprises!—but since you’re sending a perishable gift, you’ll want to make sure that the recipient is going to be home to open the package and put the contents in the freezer.

We don’t include receipts, pricing information, or payment details in shipments.

Yes. At checkout, there’s a field called “gift message.” Type the message you’d like to include with your gift and we’ll print the note for you.
