Corporate Gift FAQs
There must be a minimum of 4 pints in each shipment.
We pack our ice creams in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep pints perfectly frozen (-109.3°F, to be exact) well into the evening of the delivery date. Frozen delivery is guaranteed!
We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Our ice creams can be delivered every day of the week except for Sunday and Monday. Please note that not all shipping destinations are eligible for Saturday delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. However, we can guarantee delivery during a specific week, provided we have all order details and recipient information in time. Please plan for up to two weeks of processing time before your orders ship.
Yes! Please include the message for each recipient where indicated in the downloadable order form. For additional assistance, contact our Gift Concierge team.
At most, we can fulfill an order with two different flavor assortments. If you would like to send two different assortments (for example, one with dairy flavors and one with dairy-free flavors), you must submit two separate order forms — one for each flavor assortment. At this time, we cannot fulfill orders with three or more assortments.
No, corporate gifting orders are not eligible for rewards points.
