What a scam

"Paid to have my order shipped “the week of February 16” it’s now Feb. 22 and I never even received an email about my order shipping. Contacted customer service— no response. So I’m out $100 bucks and didn’t get the ice cream I specifically needed for this week and I can’t even get someone to contact me back for a refund or resolution. This company is trash save your money or buy it in store bc lord knows the delivery isn’t going to come."
