"I really love this as a non-dairy/vegan flavor option. So often the only options are the "typical" flavors like chocolate so it's nice to have something a little different. You can tell with this mix that the fat is only in the coconut part because the difference in texture between the coffee part and coconut parts while frozen is pretty drastic. Lucky for me, I prefer my ice cream a little melted and I think it's absolutely perfect like that!"
