Product excellent as always; struggled with the holiday shipping
"I love Jeni's. This year I encouraged my company to have it delivered to our clients as a holiday gift. With offices all over the country, it was a bit of a logistical lift to make sure people were going to be around when the deliveries came. So I paid the extra $5 per order (15 orders total) to be able to choose my delivery date. Unfortunately, the deliveries were all over the place — one arrived a day early, some arrived on time, others arrived one or more days late. One was finally cancelled over two weeks later and I had to call Jeni's to have it resent (their customer service was excellent. ) Our clients were thrilled to receive the ice cream, but I lost a few nights sleep worrying that our gift was going to end up sitting out all night (or weekend) and melting before it was open. I realize this had more to do with the delivery partners than Jeni's itself, but if you're in the business of selling frozen items for holiday delivery, I think you need to make sure your delivery companies are on point."

Great Gift for Ice Cream Lovers and those who need cheering up!
"I visited Jeni’s in Chicago during the summer. The ice cream was delicious and the flavors simply wondrous. I kept it in mind as a possible gift. In the fall I had my chance. I sent a variety of pints as a get well package to my niece recovering from surgery. I had fun picking out the flavors. It was perfect. It made the whole family smile. A great little surprise and pick me up. Also sent to an ice cream lover as a little something different for the holidays. It was a big hit and the non dairy options were delicious and appreciated. The packaging was nicely done and everything was received perfect condition. Will order as a gift again!"

Gifts to my family this year
"Every year I choose a different sweet treat to send to my family members who live in other states. This year I chose Jeni’s. The packs of five flavors were sent to Texas, Maryland ( 2 different locations) and Michigan. All arrived in time as requested and I received updates on the deliveries. All of my family said they loved this year’s sweet treat. Thank you Jeni’s."

The best fun holiday gift!
"Sent the 5 pint holiday collection to 4 of the grown up children. All loved, such a fun holiday gift. Much discussion about which was the fav flavor. One delivery was delayed and Jeni’s resent with extra pints and a gift…. so generous and thoughtful plus the replacement arrived in time for Xmas. So thank you Jeni’s you are the best!"

Best ice cream ever!
"We got Jeni’s ice cream as a gift. The ice cream was the creamiest we had ever tasted. I gifted a friend and his wife with 7 pints after the husband fell off a ladder and had a terrible injury. They loved the ice cream too. Thank you Jeni for such delicious ice cream!"

Sad outcome
"I changed the billing address but neglected the change in the shipping address. My ice cream went to my old home in California rather than my new home on Kansas. My old neighbors split is up and thoroughly enjoyed it though."
