"To my delight, it wasn’t what I expected. I thought it would be vanilla ice cream with lots of cookie dough. But, the ice cream was cookie dough flavor with some chocolate chip cookie dough pieces. The ice cream really was amazing!!"

"I ordered the classic set as a. Christmas present for my sisters in Florida. The mail delivery service messed up (not Jeni’s fault) and the ice cream melted in transit. I emailed Jeni’s customer service and they replied back to me on the same day (a retail miracle). With no fuss they arranged for a new (and successful) delivery. I am deeply impressed by their prompt and courteous service. I’ll def be ordering again—but next time I get the ice cream!"
