"I shipped some Jeni's to a loved one in emotional distress. The first shipment did not arrive like it should have. I was unhappy, especially since Jeni's only ships once a week, and so the shipment would be very delayed. However, customer service was instantly responsive, refunded my shipping fee, and sent the replacement box when they could. Then, the wayward (first) box DID get to its destination - after a full week on the road, as far as I know it was still frozen, so my recipient ended up with more ice cream than she could eat (yay!). I am happy with Jeni's and very impressed by their shipping packaging. A++ would order again."
