"I was introduced to Jeni's by visiting a sublime scoop shop in Alexandria, VA. It was cause for celebration and the energy of our entourage in being together after a long separation did not need to be contagious in the store - it was matched, if not surpassed, already. Smiling faces all around, visitors and employees alike. What a patient service team coddling those newbies like myself who were bombarded with flavors never seen before...it was...the perfect atmosphere. Then to taste the creamy goodness of a scoop? I am forever addicted. I order regularly to be shipped to NJ. If you are a friend of mine and feeling under the weather? I send Jeni's. If you are celebrating a birthday or special time? I send Jeni's. If I need to re-supply my nighttime goodness in the freezer? I order Jeni's. I want to be a sales rep in the Jersey City/NYC metro area for Jeni's and turn the most diverse cities in the world onto the little-things-in-life matter moments. With Jeni's ice cream. It is the best ice cream ever. Try some and you won't be disappointed. This statement has not been endorsed by Jeni's but maybe they will send me a couple t-shirts to send my son and his wife who have moved to the UK and are the two that introduced me to the wonderful world of Jeni's ice cream as a thank you. "We ordered this for our dear friends anniversary. It arrived without anything to keep it frozen and was completely melted. Yikes! I immediately contacted Jenni’s customer service and they responded right away with an apology and a new order. The 2nd order arrived perfectly frozen. Our friends loved every bite! Jeni’s is our favorite ice cream, and we love sharing with friends and family. Put a store in Tri Cities, WA, please!!"
