"This is a great new flavor. My only issue was that when UPS delivered it at the end of a hot day the dry ices had gone and the pints had half melted. Jeni’s needs to find a way to make sure these deliveries don’t sit on a delivery truck in hot weather but actually come to the customer completely frozen."
"Best customer care to go along with the best ice cream. I had an issue which was out of Jeni’s control, UPS did not deliver on time. Ice cream arrived partially thawed, tasted good but was a bit grainy from the thaw and my refreezing. I emailed Jeni’s and Katie sent new out immediately. Wanted the taste and consistency to be up to their high standards! Great company!!!"
"Best ice cream i have ever eaten AND I AM 81!!!!, tried them all. Inventive flavors (need a bigger freezer) Usually run out of room when the new order comes in and have to give some away to the concierge desk in my building. (and they LOVE me) My husband is not an ice cream eater!!! I just wish you had a shop in the Big Apple (or maybe i don't :-) I imagine you feel the real estate is tooo expensive or toooo much product in the city? I know we are saturated with EVERYTHING BUT we have plenty of room and customers. . Joni"
"I received 9 flavors by delivery. They were all melted when they arrived. They had settled and were foamy on top. I put them in the freezer hoping they could be salvaged but nope. They all tasted terrible. The delivery arrived in a cooler, but no dry ice included. I also received a delivery from Greaters on the same day in the same kind of cooler that included dry ice. These had no melting and tasted great. i’ve had your ice cream before and really like it. I ordered to get some flavors not seen in the stores."
