"This book is packed with a wonderful variety of recipes and information. It's the perfect first book if you're looking to start out, or step out from the basics. I love that is focuses on how these are made with normal ice cream makers. No fancy equipment referenced or needed. My only critique is that I wish it had metric measurements, but I'd imagine that's a hamstrung choice by the publisher, not the author."

"This is a great book! The collection of recipes are delicious and I’ve enjoyed everything that I have tried. I also like how Jeni provides a basic recipe you can use to create whatever flavors or combination of flavors you want. It opens up a new world for ice cream using a regular ice cream machine. Definitely worth purchasing!"

"We ordered 9 pints and had them delivered for our dad’s birthday. Everyone has so much fun trying all the different flavors, and many were surprised by which ones they liked best. It’s the best way to experience Jeni’s if you don’t have a shop nearby! I loved the seasonal fall collection, but it’s hard to pick just one favorite!"

A big hit!
"I was tasked with making ice cream (by my wife I might add) for my daughter's baby shower. Now, this is something I haven't done since I was about 12 years old and let's just say that was over 50 years ago. Thankfully, the ice cream maker technology has vastly improved and with the help of Jeni's awesome recipes from her book, the ice cream was a smash. I made double batches of vanilla, strawberry, and pistachio and they all came out fabulous. Thanks Jeni!"
