Needs more lemon

"I really wanted to love this, but 2 things interfered. First, the coconut taste from the coconut cream dominates the flavor of the lemon. That should not be the case in a flavor called “Lemon Bar. ” The taste was not bad, but it didn’t taste like a lemon bar. Second, it lacks the level of creaminess I’ve come to expect from Jeni’s. This isn’t a deal breaker for a non-dairy dessert, but the difference is noticeable."
