"Jeni's did their job. The ice cream was delicious and was packed well enough to withstand a terrible delivery. My mom is 95 and uses a walker. She lives alone. The 18 lb box was delivered without prior notice on its side about 25 feet from the door in the heat of a summer day. My mom was not aware of the delivery so it sat like this for hours. Fortunately, three things occurred. A few hours later, tenants arrived and brought the box in, I noticed Jeni's about 9 hours later when I was made aware ( I live 2000 miles away) and they immediately offered to replace or reimburse, the offer by Jeni's was unnecessary as the ice cream was still frozen solid and my mom was very happy. So kudos to Jeni and boo to the deliveryman"

"I thought I had a new favorite but the incredibly dry pancake "balls" mean this is a 3 star at most. I'm so sad, because the salty butter and maple ice cream itself is AMAZING and I would absolutely buy it by itself. The pancake "balls" though? No. Absolutely not."
