"The matcha and the vanilla were both good. The strawberry was just confusing. I love Jeni's and have dried maybe 20 flavors at this point. This one was a miss for me. It's okay but when I order up a batch there's little reason to go with okay when there are solidly great options."

". . . but this ice cream gets matcha right! I'm grateful for whichever millennial working for Jeni's tried an iced strawberry matcha latte, because the flavor combination is perfect. Earthy and nutty, the matcha used is prime quality, and it pairs wonderfully with rich, creamy vanilla. What brings it all together is the bright and jammy strawberry sauce, which absolutely transforms the matcha into one of my new favorite flavor combinations. Absolutely delicious! After trying all three of Jeni's summer flavors, I knew I'd love the Summer Berries & Passion Fruit, but Matchapolitan comes out on top. Being able to turn a love-it-or-hate-it ingredient like matcha into something so balanced and a joy to savor? That's a major accomplishment. You've turned me into a matcha believer!"
