"It’s hard for me to come up with an original way to describe this. All I can say is it’s a delicious ice cream! My favorite part of this one was definitely the raspberry jam, and the way its tartness played with the sweet and creamy texture of the buttercream ice cream. The sponge cake provided a nice texture. Definitely recommend!"

Getting a dense, doughy cookie to work with smooth ice cream without one overpowering the other isn't easy, but Jeni's pulled it off!"
