Sorry, we do not franchise. We own and operate all of our scoop shops. While there are plenty of great franchised businesses out there, we prefer to remain exclusively in control of the quality of our products and services. Plus we love the day-to-day work of what we do!

We offer $13 flat-rate shipping to the continental US. Shipping is $50 to Alaska and Hawaii. Either way, you can order as much as you like and pay the same price to ship. We also offer Priority Overnight as well, if you’re in a pinch.

Yes, many of our ice creams, frozen yogurts, sorbets, ice cream sandwiches, and toppings are gluten-free. You can find ingredient and allergen information here.
Our Riesling Poached Pear and Blackcurrant Lambic sorbets are dairy-free. They’re made with the same bone char-free sugar we use to make our ice creams and frozen yogurts.
Jeni will happily sign and personalize your copy during a scoop shop opening, special event, speaking engagement, ice cream-making demonstration, or book tour stop, etc.
Whether you’re a mail-order customer or a grocery partner, you now have the opportunity to return the Styrofoam coolers we use to transport your ice cream to your home or store. A pre-printed, postage-paid return label, along with instructions on returning the cooler and box, now accompanies every order. The cost to you is entirely free.
1) Remove the ice cream.
2) Leave the cooler and lid inside the box.
3) Remove or fully cover any hazardous material labels
4) Reseal the box with the inside flaps on the outside, so the new label is visible for shipping.
5) Schedule a pickup at usps.com/pickup, or drop it off at any USPS or FedEx location or Jeni’s scoop shop.
