GOOSE TRACKS
When we asked Goose if they wanted to make an ice cream together, they requested a black raspberry flavor. We answered with the freshest, most flavorful berry-chocolate chip ice cream we could create.
Goose Tracks is a riff on classic black raspberry chip. Except we made it bolder by swapping black raspberries for juicier, more flavorful berries, including red raspberries and blackberries, and layering in bittersweet chocolate chips. It’s both nostalgic and new, like hearing your favorite song played live for the first time.
