Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams Voluntarily Recalls Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars due to Undeclared Wheat and Soy

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

November 17, 2025: Columbus, Ohio -- Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is voluntarily recalling one batch of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars because they may contain undeclared wheat and soy. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy and/or wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported to date.

This product was distributed in grocery stores nationwide.

The recalled cartons can be identified using the following batch code found on the top of the carton: 25-210 which is the only lot of Jeni’s products affected.

The recall was initiated after a crunch topping from a separate product was inadvertently introduced to this particular batch of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle Ice Cream Bars during manufacturing. The crunch topping contains wheat and soy, which is not declared on the packaging.

This voluntary recall is out of an abundance of caution and is only for any unopened or unfinished box of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle. If you have any unopened or unfinished boxes of Passion Fruit Dreamsicle with the affected lot code, please return them to the place of purchase to receive a refund.

The only product affected by this voluntary recall is Passion Fruit Dreamsicle ice cream bars.
