Savory peanut butter on one side. Sweet fruit jelly on the other. The PB&J is a sandwich all the more classic for its simplicity. And while there are dozens of variations — crust or no crust, triangles or squares — our favorite way to PB&J is definitely to make it a parfait.
Two half scoops of Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks — our rich, dense, super-creamy peanut butter ice cream. Two layers of strawberry sauce, bursting with sweet-tart satisfaction. All tied together with dollops of fresh whipped cream. Because this parfait isn’t just a classic flavor combo reimagined — it’s an all-out end-of-summer party starter. And we’re sharing it in scoop shops nationwide, for a limited time.
