HOW IT WORKS

When you sign up for Splendid Rewards, you’ll earn a reward every time you purchase ice cream in a scoop shop, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com. To earn rewards on shops purchases, show your rewards app to the cashier at checkout, or give them the phone number connected to your account. To earn rewards via the Jeni’s app and at jenis.com, simply sign into your account before you place your order. 


To claim your reward, head to our app within 24 hours of your purchase. From there, you’ll be able to open a Mystery Pint containing a splendid prize!

It’s our rewards program that allows you to earn a reward on every ice cream purchase you make in our scoop shops, via the Jeni’s app, and for nationwide shipping at jenis.com.

As of March 2025, we’ve updated our rewards program. Instead of earning one point for every dollar you spend, you’ll now earn a prize every time you make a purchase. Each purchase will also progress you towards higher tiers including sweeter prizes. Any unredeemed points from the original rewards program will be converted to a credit you can use toward your next purchase. To view and redeem this credit, update the Jeni’s app and sign into your account. 

You’ll earn a reward every time you purchase ice cream in a scoop shop, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com. To claim your reward ​from in shop or via local delivery, head to our app within 24 hours of your purchase. For orders on jenis.com, you’ll be able to claim your reward from the order confirmation page. From there, you’ll be able to open a Mystery Pint containing a splendid prize!

Any purchase of $4.65 or more made at a scoop shop, via the Jeni’s app, or at jenis.com will earn you a reward. 

Possible rewards include discounts and BOGO deals, free ice cream and order upgrades, Jeni’s merch, and more. Orders with a higher dollar value are more likely to earn high-value rewards. 

As soon as you create a rewards account and make your first ice cream purchase. 

Yes, unredeemed rewards expire 12 months after you earn them. You’ll be able to see the expiration dates for your rewards in the Jeni’s app. 

You can go to rewards.jenis.com or by downloading the Jeni’s app. The name of the app is “Jeni’s” and you can find it in the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll be able to create an account and start earning rewards. 

Yes! Just let the cashier know you’d like to sign up for Splendid Rewards, and they’ll enroll you with your phone number. After you’re finished at checkout, download the Jeni’s app — your first reward will be waiting for you!

No. You can only earn rewards on purchases made at scoop shops, via the Jeni’s app, and at jenis.com.

To refer a friend, open the Jeni’s app or go to rewards.jenis.com and select the three lines in the top left of your homepage. The refer a friend button will be the top option. From there, you’ll be able to share a unique invite link to send to your friends. You’ll earn a bonus reward each time someone you referred signs up and makes their first purchase.
