These ice creams are exactly what we want right now. Scooped and stacked in a towering cone. Dripping down our fingers. Pooling on our tongue. The flavors we couldn’t stop thinking about. That remind us what summer is supposed to feel like: huge, messy, vital, free. We wanted them, so we made them. And we made enough to share.
CAMPFIRE S'MORES
Candy-like ice cream with deep notes of toasted sugar to mimic a slow-roasted marshmallow with caramelized edges. Swirled with gooey bittersweet fudge sauce and graham cracker cookies.
HIBISCUS CHILI PUNCH SORBET
Juicy hibiscus sorbet with a pleasant bite from jalapeno and black pepper. It’s spicy — don’t say we didn’t warn you. But it’s also splashy. Fruity. Sweet. We’ll take two scoops topped with tequila, please.
STRAWBERRY PRETZEL PIE
Potluck season is upon us and so is Strawberry Pretzel Pie. Rich, almost tangy cream cheese ice cream. Pretzel streusel for pops of salt and crust-like texture. And swirls of bright red strawberry sauce.
CONFETTI BROWNIE BATTER
Like if those chewy boxed brownies topped with rainbow candies got a rich, sophisticated glow-up. Gooey dark chocolate custard swirled with fudgy brownies and rainbow sprinkles.

Our new favorite trio is bold enough for the matcha enthusiast, balanced enough for the matcha-curious. Japanese matcha and Fair Trade vanilla ice creams twisted with strawberry jam.
