Bangkok Peanut
The history of Bangkok Peanut can be traced all the way back to the North Market—under the name Thai Chili. This is Jeni’s version of the classic dish Pad Thai. It starts with smooth, rich, and salty peanut butter. From there, we add Ohio wildflower honey and toasted fresh-ground coconut for sweetness. Each bite finishes with a kick of cayenne pepper.
